Restaurant clients may also choose to inform callers that "calls may be recorded or monitored for quality purposes." This notification is their responsibility, though we recommend it as best practice.

  • Improve AI response accuracy and performance
  • Generate call analytics and insights for our clients
  • Send booking confirmations or follow‑up communications (SMS/email)

5. SMS Messaging & A2P 10DLC Compliance

Agent Supply LLC may send SMS text messages to users and restaurant guests in connection with reservation confirmations, booking reminders, and service-related notifications. All SMS messaging is conducted in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and carrier A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person, 10-Digit Long Code) registration requirements.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and interacting with our AI Receptionist or booking system, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Agent Supply LLC and/or the restaurant on whose behalf we operate. These messages may include:

  • Reservation confirmations and reminders
  • Follow-up messages related to your booking or inquiry
  • Service updates and operational notifications
  • Optional promotional messages (only if you separately opt in)

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all future SMS from that sender
  • Reply HELP to any message for assistance or to request more information
  • Email us at [email protected] with your phone number and opt-out request

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and bookings. Transactional messages (e.g., reservation confirmations) are sent only in response to a specific interaction. Promotional messages, if opted into, may be sent periodically.

SMS Data Protection

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are used solely for communication related to your reservations and service interactions. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are:

  • Accessible only to authorized personnel and the restaurant client associated with your booking
  • Deleted upon request (see Section 8 — User Rights)
  • Never shared with carriers beyond what is required to deliver the message

A2P 10DLC Registration

All SMS traffic sent by Agent Supply LLC is registered under the CTIA A2P 10DLC framework with major U.S. carriers. This registration includes brand and campaign registration to ensure compliance with carrier policies, reduce spam, and protect recipients. We operate under approved use cases for transactional and customer-care messaging.

6. Data Storage & Security

All data is securely stored on cloud‑based encrypted servers managed by certified infrastructure providers. We retain data indefinitely to maintain call and analytics records, unless deletion is requested by the user or client.

Security measures include:

  • Encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Access control and authentication for all internal systems
  • Regular monitoring for unauthorized access

We integrate with third‑party systems (e.g., booking and POS software) only through secure APIs.

7. Third‑Party Access

We may share data only in the following cases:

  • With restaurant clients to provide access to their call logs, analytics, and booking data
  • With integrated platforms (e.g., table booking systems or POS software) necessary to complete a service request
  • With trusted vendors who help us operate and maintain our platform (under strict confidentiality and security agreements)
